How can I pay for my order?
You can choose to pay with creditcard, Payson, Paypal or payment in advance. More about different payment methods can be found under “Terms & Conditions” 

Can I order just one t-shirt?
There’s no minimal quantity that you have to order, but keep in mind that orders above 39 euro gets the freight free of charge. 

How long does it take before I get my order?
As soon as we get your order we make sure to pack and send it. Normal delivery time is between 5-10 days, but may differ depending on circumstances. 

Do you really ship worldwide and what does it cost?
Yes. The freight cost for international orders is 6 euro, unless your order reaches 39 euro and gets the freight free of charge. 

I’ve recieved my t-shirt, but it didn’t fit. What do I do?
If the t-shirt doesn’t fit you can just send it back since we apply “purchase on approval” for 14 days. More about this and how you send item(s) back can be found under Terms & conditions. 

Do you design your own t-shirts?
Both yes and no. Some of our t-shirts is designed by ourselves, some have been designed for us and some are simply purchased.

What kind of material is your t-shirts made of?
Webshirtstore only sells t-shirts that are made of 100% cotton. 

How do I keep my t-shirt in the best possible condition?
How you treat your t-shirt in laundry and closet of course affects the life of your t-shirt. More about how you take care of your t-shirt can be found under “Washing advice”
